"We were really disappointed with our stay. The showerhead holder in our room was completely cracked through the center, and while I was showering, the showerhead fell out of the broken holder and hit me in the head. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a safety issue that could have easily been prevented if the damaged fixture had been repaired before the room was given to a guest. I reported what happened to the hotel, and I was told that I would receive a $35 credit/refund for the issue....
