"This house was amazing! 20 of us got together to celebrate our Mom’s 70th. The outside is an entertainer’s paradise! We spent the day barbecuing, listening to music, watching the kids go down the slide, while watching the best sunsets! Inside we had plenty of beds and rooms for our party. We enjoyed playing table pool, foosball, and gathering around the large kitchen island eating a bowl of cereal. This place was great, with very minor inconveniences (only one fridge was working, the library...

"Loves this villa!! So close to everything in downtown Palm Springs but far enough away that it is very quiet! Clean, well-appointed and perfect for our days away! Wish the pool was out our front door but close enough and an easy walk around the corner! Super great that cold water is pumped into the pool so that even at 107 degrees outside the pool was refreshing! Host checked in with us which was a nice touch! Thank you!!"

"Wonderful little place. A block away from the main drag with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The backdrop, right out the door, is the san Jacinto mountains. The base of the mountains is probably not even a half mile from the front door. The view is amazing. The studio is very clean, organized, small but easy to move around in. The studio is part of a small complex which is also clean and pretty. Great landscaping too. An all around wonderful place to stay."

"Excellent property. Probably one of the best I’ve stayed at. I took my teen daughters and their friends and they loved it. The location was close to town, it was very clean and well stocked with essentials like pool towels, kitchen appliances, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc. Check in process was easy and efficient. My girls and their friends loved it and are already planning to come back again next year."

"Love the location. Quiet and clean. Only issue is patio isn’t really that useable. Dirty and hard to keep the leaves and needles blown from winds off the patio. The patio and furniture could use a major power wash. The bathrooms are very small with no countertops so those need updating."
