"We usually stay near one of the lodges, but with just my husband and I taking a quick boarding getaway by ourselves, we opted for this cute little condo. It is tastefully remodeled with thoughtful amenities. There is a shuttle stop just a short walk to the corner as well as Mammoth Roasters 5 min away for a quick breakfast. Suggestion for improvement would be a changing to a queen or larger bed. On the plus side, the sofa bed was actually comfortable! Thanks for a pleasant stay."

"This property is amazing. It is as advertised and super convenient if you want to ski Mammoth Mountain. The ski in and ski out convenience is second to none. You literally take an elevator downstairs, grab your skis from the unit’s assigned locker, walk 20 feet and put your skis on and you are ready to go. "This property was simply gorgeous. The space was perfect and very roomy & comfortable for our family. We loved the fireplace and daybed. Parking was a breeze with the reserved spaces under the unit. Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. "Nice and clean home, and very close to the village. Plenty of space and perfect for our group of ten. We enjoyed our stay during spring break 2024 and had plenty of fun with the snow. Garage is a bit small/short and will not fit large suv or truck (surburban or F150 size)."

My main issue was with the cleanliness (random stains on towels, dust that children love to find, etc.). I also didn't read beforehand that they didn't always wash the blankets and throw pillows. I can't imagine that it's that much more effort to get a duvet and wash it as you would the sheets as well as get rid of extraneous pillows (and pointless...

"Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times.
