"A fantastic location, a wonderful stylish room, and a beautiful cottage. The owner was also very courteous and communicative. Everything should have been perfect. Unfortunately, the major problem was the indifferent and unhelpful attitude of the cottage front desk and call center. After checking out and leaving the property, we realized that our child had left jackets in the closet. We immediately tried to go back inside to retrieve it, but that turned out to be impossible. "Some outlets need the bed wasn't working. You need to remember or download the check in process because there was no internet up there at all. Had to drive around to get internet and also there is no restaurants nearby. You have to drive down for a bit. Overall, the place was nice. I would recommend getting your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap."
