ENTERING/LEAVING
The front door of our home has a smartlock so you can easily check yourself in and not have to worry about keys. The code for the door will be provided on the day of your arrival.

PARKING
There is an attached single car garage, along with a driveway which is dedicated for you during your stay. There is also plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home for any additional vehicles.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-You have access to this entire townhome for the duration of your stay.

-Wifi is through Shaw for lightning quick service.

-Our team is available 24/7 through the VRBO app and will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

-OUTDOOR POOL is a 1 minute walk across the street.

• STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

• DAMAGE TO THE PLAYSTATION OR ARCADE WILL RESULT IN FEES OF UP TO $2500.00.

• Quiet hours are 11pm-8am

• NO parties and NO events.

• NO shoes inside.

• NO more than 10 people allowed inside at a time.

**We can provide a pack n' play crib for a fee of $40

**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

**We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.

Cannot recommend-new charges was added to our stay

Unfortunately I cannot recommend staying at this residence. Host communication was good until we tried to report some deficiencies and damages we found on our first day of our stay. The main floor couch which we planned to use as a bed could not be used since a large spring was protruding up through the torn leather. One kitchen chair was broken and when sat in it would cause you to fall backwards. After many emails trying to send them photos the host finally replied that they are aware of these issues and are working on getting them repaired. We also noticed other issues like the kitchen faucet was very loose, AC would keep resetting (host controlling remotely) to 23 degrees after a short time of trying to lower it so our stay was very hot and made for uncomfortable sleeps.Back patio was not very clean or kept up and some of the activities shown like golf putt and foosball were missing clubs and balls. 15 day later after our week long stay I received a very short email of additional charges of $494.00 dollars being applied to my credit card. Host is charging me a $250 pet violation fee when we had no pet stay with us, $220.50 charge for scratches on the fridge that we only opened and closed and $23.50 for two stained towels that could have been stained by previous guests since the towels were not folded and in the closet but found in the dryer at check in. It is Aug 28 as I write this review and charges are still in dispute and Host has not provided any supporting evidence.

Great location

Location was great and the size of the property was great for our nine person group. However, some of the furniture was broken and one of the pull out beds was not useable. Beds were also not the best quality. If the furniture was updated slightly and some more kitchen items added (like a frying pan). This would be a great spot to spend time.
