"You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...

My stay was very Comfortable and will recommend this place to anyone, who is planning to visit downtown Calgary and need a place that will value there money. It's in a good neighborhood. The host was very helpful and kind."

"Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the riverbank on our last night before flying out. We were only there one night. This was a nice alternative to a traditional hotel near the airport."

"There is no staff in this guest house. Guests are given a passcode to open the front door and all the information you need to take advantage of the shower, kitchen and exiting and entering the house. A fully equiped kitchen and dinning room is there with a coffee maker etc. It was very quiet, and very clean. I would definitely return."
