"Foi tudo ok. Nada de especial positivamente. Pelo preco esperava um pouco mais, pois dias antes ficamos em outro hotel de outra rede, um pouco mais em conta, com bastante mais conforto (perto do aeroporto) A limpeza do banheiro poderia ter sigo um pouco mais detalhada, observei alguns cabelos (deduzo que nao foi aspirado corretamente, pois aparentavam ter sido acumulados pelo mop -pano), e em um ponto perto da pia se via que havia pingado agua e algo passou por cima e ficou sujo. Mas de maneira...

"The remodeling they have done in the rooms is very nice. We hope they continue this process with the vestibule/entryway and hallways. The parking area around the building is very sketchy looking and trashy. The parking spaces are okay, but not convenient to the entryway. If they would take some time and just clean up the trash and broken glass around the perimeter it would help. The price we paid on Expedia was a good deal, and the room itself was fresh and excellent with a good working air...

"Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates. "

"The customer service was great. Got us an early checknl in even when fully book. Smelled very clean. I get that its a thriftlodge motel. Looks like mostly blue collar workers stay there. But it was clean, safe, and extremely well priced. Beds were hard. But thats nothing to really complain about. I like soft matresses. Others might love it. "
