"Was okay. Found that the extra sheets were just thrown in the cupboard so weren’t sure if they were clean. Also in two of the stays the shower was clogged and the second was even after we had requested they check their places. The communication was almost too much. We go to these places to get away from the phone and they messaged a lot to check up and right after we would check in. Was a bit much but they did respond quickly most of the time when we needed help. The toaster was broke in 2/3...

"We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy."

"When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!"

"You're supposed to get the code to access the property 24 hours before. We had agreed with the manager that we would check in at 1pm and at 12:45pm we still hadn't received it. We texted both directly and through the app with no response. I called several times. The owner finally picked up and said, I'll send you the code and then rudely hung up without saying anything else. We didn't get the code until 2:30 pm and by that time, we had found a different place to stay. Poor communication. And...
