Tres Lodge for 10 guests w/ Private Pool

A charming vacation complex in Playa Chiquita, composed of three exquisitely designed houses for maximum comfort. It features one two-bedroom house and two one-bedroom houses, all of recent construction and surrounded by a lush tropical garden with a swimming pool. Its location allows easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, ideal for walking. We recommend renting bicycles to explore the Caribbean. Enjoy serenity and comfort in this tropical paradise.



The complex is composed of:



1. The Villa

Main house with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom. It also features a fully equipped kitchen and living room.

Capacity: 4 people.



2. Toucan Bungalow and Macaw Bungalow

Each bungalow has 1 bedroom with a king bed and an elevated loft-style single bed, plus a small equipped external kitchen and outdoor living area.

Capacity: 3 people each.



In total, Tres Lodge can accommodate up to 10 guests.



By staying here, you also become part of a property that makes ecological efforts to protect local flora and fauna through reforestation, recycling, and composting. For this reason, the property does not have air conditioning, prioritizing a more natural and sustainable experience.



Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire complex, which includes the three houses, the pool, and the garden.



From Tres Lodge you can walk to Playa Chiquita in approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending on each person's pace.



A perfect option to enjoy the South Caribbean with privacy, nature, and comfort.



Availability:

Attention and assistance for reservations: From 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.

Remote assistance for check-in: From 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm every day.

Arrival after 6:00 pm: Guests can enter independently by following the provided instructions.



Guest Interaction:

Communication Style: I usually give guests independence, but I'm available to answer your questions and requests as soon as possible. I typically respond within 5 minutes.

Communication Channels: You can contact me through Airbnb or the channels provided once your reservation is confirmed, preferably by text message.



Examples of Assistance: I can answer questions about the property, the area, local recommendations, and anything else you need to know to enjoy an excellent stay.

The area around Playa Chiquita is a peaceful and safe residential neighborhood, with streets lined with lush vegetation that create a perfect environment for walking or biking. Playa Chiquita's proximity to the coast allows you to easily enjoy the beach, known for its crystal-clear waters and golden sands. Additionally, the local community is welcoming, and the tropical-style residences, with well-maintained gardens, contribute to the charm of the place.



This neighborhood combines comfort and natural beauty, making Playa Chiquita a desirable destination for both living and vacationing.



1. On Foot:

- The streets of Playa Chiquita are safe and picturesque, perfect for walking. Many services and attractions, such as the beach, supermarkets and restaurants, are within a short walking distance from most residences.



2. By Bicycle:

- Renting a bicycle is an excellent option for getting around the neighborhood and its surroundings. There are several bicycle rental points in the area, and cycling will allow you to easily explore Playa Chiquita and quickly reach places like Playa Punta Uva and Puerto Viejo.



3. By Car:

- If you prefer to drive, the roads are in good condition and easy to navigate. Having a car will allow you to explore the Talamanca region more widely and visit other nearby beaches and attractions.



Parking Options



1. Parking at the Property:

- We have space for 4 vehicles.



2. Public Parking:

- There are public parking areas available near the beach and other points of interest. These spaces are usually safe, but it is recommended not to leave valuables visible in the car.



3. Parking at Restaurants and Supermarkets:

- Many restaurants and supermarkets offer free parking for their customers. It is a convenient option if you plan to shop or enjoy a meal in the area.



Check-in time starts at 2pm, remote assistance will be provided until 6pm, after that time the guest must enter on their own with instructions.



Consideration is requested with neighbors, as this is a residential neighborhood. The quiet hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day.



Parties or events are not permitted without prior consent from the ADMINISTRATOR.



NO additional people are allowed beyond those indicated in this contract.



NO damage or alterations to the properties are permitted; if they occur, a report will be presented to the corresponding authorities and the entire security deposit will be retained.



Urinating in the pool or in the gardens is not permitted.

The guest must safeguard the property and all elements in the property.



You must lock the house when leaving to go to the beach, dine, go shopping or any other task.



Keys must remain in the key box with the code hidden; if keys are lost, a fine of $200USD will be charged.



You must turn off the lights, fans and stove or grill when not in use.



NO consumption of narcotics or any other substance that alters normal body and mind functions or behavior is permitted. If this occurs, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to cancel the GUEST's reservation and ask them to leave the property immediately.
