"Just wow! We had an excellent stay and I would rave about this property to anyone that wants to enjoy the beach and the pool and be centrally located and NOT on a party beach! So nice and the staff is amazing! The pool bartenders are hit or miss - they were not the same with service. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful and lovely! "We only stayed one night before taking the ferry to Utila. I appreciated that they arranged my airport transfer to the hotel and from the hotel to the ferry. My room was near the water, but you had to walk down the sand to get to it due to construction work. This construction meant there was a lot of noise during our stay, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The room was quite large and clean. The bathroom was very small and could use some improvements. The food at lunch and dinner was...

"Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️"

"If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful get away... this is the place. The resort is small with only about 25 rooms. It's a bit dated but rooms were spacious, clean and the AC worked wonderfully well. The best part about the resort is the beach. It's absolutely gorgeous. Cruise ships drop people off at the beach from about 8:30am -2:30pm and the place goes into beach party mode with live music and beach bars. After the cruise crowd leaves, you have the entire place to yourself... literally!...
