"A decoração, atendimento e tamanho dos quartos são ótimos, entretanto, no quarto no qual estávamos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando corretamente; o que resultou em uma mudança durante a noite. Não reportei ao staff, mas depois de me enxugar com a toalha de banho verifiquei que estava suja (e não devido ao meu uso). "

"I continue to stay at this property whenever I am in Istanbul. The staff are outstanding, from the desk to the room attendants, they are always willing to go the extra mile. My wife decided that their sheets were so soft and comfortable, that she wanted to know where she could purchase some for our home. They were so accommodating that they offered to sell her some from their own stock that had not been used as yet. Then she decided she needed the matching pillowcase, and they once again offered...

"I highly recommend this hotel the staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The breakfast bar is very good and fresh, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent with an amazing view."

"Great location on the Asian side. Good cafes and a 15-20 min walk to the ferry. It's a bit of a distance if you plan to visit the European side daily but the ferry ride is great. The desk staff were very helpful and it's nice having a restaurant on premises. We had a standard room and it was fine for us."
