"This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here...
