Guests also have access to a convenient half bathroom equipped with a private washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and essential small appliances to make your stay effortless. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy breathtaking sea views or take advantage of the communal pool and gym facilities located within the building.

Within the immediate area, you will find a variety of local dining gems and grocery options just five minutes away by car, ensuring your kitchen is always stocked with local delicacies. For those looking to explore, the neighborhood serves as an ideal gateway to the region best activities, including championship golf courses, scenic hiking trails, and premier snorkeling spots, all reachable within a fifteen minute drive. Whether you are heading to the beach with our provided gear or exploring the local culinary scene, you will love the seamless blend of comfort and adventure that defines our prime El Tezal location.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cabo San Lucas is convenient and flexible. While Uber is readily available throughout the area for quick trips, we highly recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. For your convenience, we offer private transportation services upon request for an additional fee. Our property includes free parking on the premises, making it easy to keep your vehicle secure during your stay. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that while our unit in the Balandra Building is fully completed, the surrounding development is still undergoing construction. You may experience noise during your stay between 8am and 6pm on weekdays and from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Additionally, please note that the kitchen sink is not equipped with a garbage disposal. To ensure the plumbing remains in good working order, we kindly ask that you do not dispose of food scraps or particles down the drain. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 7am.
