"The property is beautiful and the staff is VERY attentive- almost too attentive. They’re programmed to say “it’s a pleasure” every time they answer anything. The one big complaint is that the spa is WAY overpriced! $400usd for a facial is ridiculous. They encourage you to use the resort credit given to pay for services but the aestheticians are not trained at all and the service is basic at best. The massage wasn’t much better. It’s not the employees’ fault- the spa management needs to step...

"No geral, o hotel é bonito, tem uma boa localização, roupas de cama novas e a piscina é um espetáculo à parte. Parte negativa é que o hotel está sofrendo uma reforma gigante, e no site eles não falam isso para os hóspedes. O barulho era infernal durante todo o dia, pois estão arrancando pisos e muretas de uma ala inteira do hotel. Só fui avisado uma semana antes de chegar que estariam em reforma e não me deram a opção de trocar de resort, pq ao lado tem outros tão bons quanto. "
