CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in with a smile: Our check-in is in person, and we love welcoming our guests! Keys will be available on your arrival day, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Need a different time? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Please note that check-ins after 5:00 PM may incur an additional fee.
Easy arrival information: On your arrival day, around 1:00 PM, we’ll send all important details via message. Keep your Wi-Fi on so you don’t miss anything!
Your safety is important: To ensure everyone’s security, we will request photos of identification documents a few days before your arrival. Don’t worry — your data is protected under LGPD.
Simple and quick check-out: At check-out, just turn off appliances and close the door before leaving. Our cleaning team will arrive at 12:00 PM or at a pre-arranged time to collect the keys and prepare the space for the next guests.
Late check-out? If you need a little extra time, let us know as soon as possible! If there’s no other reservation, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
