Villa Sirena is the newest addition to a collection of 4 beautiful beach villas located in Villas Paraiso, Cabarete, Dominican Republic. These villas are owned, managed and maintained by the same owner who is a retired Civil Engineer from Pennsylvania.

Villa Sirena is located in a nice quiet beachfront community of 4 privately owned villas in on the east side of Cabarete.
You can open the gate from the driveway and step onto a private quiet sandy beach.
Villa Sirena has a rooftop deck perfect for watching the kite surfers out on the ocean in front of the villa. On the rooftop deck, you have a jacuzzi, wet bar, sun lounging area, dining and barbecue area. Amazing ocean views!

When the weather or hot tub get too hot, cool off in your private pool in the private walled yard. Barbecue on the charcoal grill on your private covered patio next to the pool.
The brand new pool and patio will make you feel like you are in a Roman Bath on the Amalfi Coast!
The mood around the pool at night is magical as the color changing led pool and waterfall lights create a relaxing light show. The flickering led candle lights add the finishing touch of elegant ambiance. There is dining for 8 indoors as well as on the outdoor covered patio. If the winds or rain are too strong, a newly installed roll down 12’ wide windscreen offers privacy and protection from the elements so that you may dine in comfort.

Dine poolside while sitting on authentic vintage Verner Panton chairs from the 60’s! set at the beautiful teak dining table that seats 8.

The beautiful kitchen offers granite countertops, large gas range, large microwave, all pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils.

All 4 bedrooms have en-suite baths.
3 of the 4 bedrooms are air conditioned.
The small bedroom on the first floor with bunk beds does not have air conditioning.
The living room, dining room and living room have fans but no air conditioning.
