I don’t understand how someone who never even stayed with us bc they couldn’t make there reservations because they missed their ferry and we refunded could leave us a 2 out of 5. The fact that Travelocity took more time than you would have like for your refund has absolutely nothing to do with us. If you’re unhappy with the 3rd party policy’s let me recommend book directly through the establishment next time. At least that way your review would be logical.

I’m very sorry you were unsatisfied with your stay. However our carpets get cleaned regularly and replaced every spring so although there might be some wear and tear bc all our rooms lead to the outside I assure you it was not dirty. As far as the light switch I’m sorry that turning on the light b4 u walked into the bathroom seems like a valid complaint to you. But I would assume most people would turn on the light b4 they walked into a dark room The building was built in 1952. And although there has been many updates no one has ever mentioned the bathroom light switch being an inconvenience

I am really sorry that you were unaware of the location of the property. The pictures in the description clearly state local attractions. There is also a map on these sites with the exact location. Most people find our location extremely convenient. Sorry it was not for you. As far as the room size, the exact square footage of the rooms is also stated in the description next time I recommend reading descriptions instead of flipping through it like it’s a picture book. Much like you wanted to “keep it real with me” I’ll keep it real with you. Your concerns were addressed in a timely manner, you continued to be rude to the point where I “the owner” suggested you might be more comfortable elsewhere so I gladly gave you a full refund and wished you well on your travels. With so many positive reviews about our property one can only wonder if the problem was you?
