There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. "Clean place, quiet neighborhood. No more than 2 people should stay here. The tiny table only has 2 unraveling patio chairs and the fold out couch can’t be slept on. The queen bed is fine, sheets and towels clean. Kitchen is minimally outfitted. Walk to the beach, bike trails nearby."

"Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!"
