"We have had several visits to Appletree. It is a brilliant venue for family/group get togethers. It is very comfortable and very well equipped, always immaculate. The new garden chairs are extremely comfortable and the garden parasol was an essential for our wall to wall sunny week - incredibly, not a drop of rain all week! We would always return here ..... when available.A word about the staff at Keswick Cottages, they are great to deal with as we have found over the years, nothing is too much...

"This was our third visit to Spa Cottages. It is a great base for exploring the Lake District. Parking can be a bit tight, but for the majority of the time we were able to park directly outside the property."

"Rosebank is a very clean, comfortable cottage. Lovely views across to the hills at the back & pheasants & lots of birds visit the garden.Very handy for the Coledale Inn, & the Royal Oak & 5 minutes in the car to Keswick if you want to try something different like Thai food at the the Star of Siam. We have stayed there frequently & will definitely go again. Many thanks."

"The cottage, its location and the superb views from it were perfect in every way. We also found the email communication and friendliness of Keswick Cottages shop staff to be exactly what one would hope from a holiday cottage letting company. We have been annual visitors to the Keswick area for over 25 years and we have now found our new "go to" cottage for our future visits. We have already rebooked for 2027!"

"This cottage is perfect for anyone wishing to base themselves at Keswick. Great bus service so you don’t have to use the car. Only complaint would have been a lighter duvet on bed as being a soft East Anglian we don’t even use that tog in the winter! The cottage is great though with a lovely back garden which it would have been nice to sit in but unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there."

"This was our 3rd stay in Crosthwaites Gardens, which confirms how much you enjoy this property; it's clean with all the amenities we require. Its location to Keswick is walkable; we didn't use our car all week. The garage is a great benefit for storing our bikes."

"Keswick Cottages has a range of high class properties in its portfolio. Being a smaller, local company they are able to provide excellent, personal service and support and have a detailed knowledge of the area. You cannot get this from larger agencies. Our stay at Lake View Cottage was very good. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and in an ideal yet quiet location for accessing all of the north Lake District and coast."
