"We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. "

"Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value."

"Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests."

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"Stayed here as it was close to the stadium as we were in town to see Steelers/Bills game. Excellent spot that has plenty within walking distance for food/entertainment. We ubered everywhere so we didn't have to mess with parking. Apartment itself was very clean and nice. The bathroom is located on 2nd floor so more of a nuisance for whoever stays on the first floor bedroom. And there was no central living room so to speak to watch TV together. Both bedrooms have nice TVs but not really set up...

"We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...
