Welcome to Pool & Putt Paradise – a relaxed and spacious holiday home in the heart of Dunsborough. Perfect for families or groups, this property comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and blends modern comforts with a laid-back coastal vibe.

There are three well-sized bedrooms. The master features a queen bed, ensuite, and beautiful views over the pool and golf course – all while remaining private, so you can wake up to the scenery in peace. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third is extra-large with two queen beds, making it ideal for kids, couples, or friends sharing. Fresh, modern bathrooms stocked with the essentials make settling in easy.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area is light-filled and welcoming. A cosy fireplace for winter nights and air conditioning for summer keep you comfortable year-round, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast. The space opens seamlessly onto a large deck with outdoor dining and entertaining, overlooking the sparkling pool and Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, with direct gate access if you fancy a round. And with WiFi throughout, everyone can stay connected.

The backyard and pool area are the heart of the home in warmer months – perfect for BBQs, lazy swims, or evening drinks as you watch the golfers pass by. It’s a true private oasis, yet only minutes from the buzz of town.

W also welcomes well-behaved pets, so you don’t have to leave your furry family members behind. Please ensure pets are supervised and respectful of the home during your stay.

Cafes, shops, restaurants, beaches, and wineries are all close by, giving you endless ways to fill your days before returning to your own retreat.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
