"My room was licking water from the sink and all the towels were wet as soon as we got into our room. I told front desk they moved us to another room and sink was clogged for the whole night very gross . I told girl at front desk told her I wanted a discount would be nice or something. She informed me that manager would call me as soon as he got in but I got no phone call. I would not recommend the place to anyone else."

"I'll start with the worst: the smoke detector went off at 4:00 a.m. because apparently you're not allowed to take a hot shower at that time of day. The room smelled like ammonia and other various cleaners. The bed squeaked and banged on the wall anytime you moved around the slightest bit (like just rolling over). Location wise is a mixed bag. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff members were all very polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I would suggest reconsidering is the check-in time. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, which makes the stay feel a bit short. "Quarto caríssimo, pagamos quase 2 mil reais por uma diária e o quarto era pessimo, me senti lograda.Janela do quarto estava quebrada, não fechava direito, deixando uma claridade no quarto. Uma das camas também estava com problemas. No café da manhã tive que solicitar reposição de alguns itens, pois ninguém estava controlando isto. Outside of the motel or staff control, it’s just an extremely loud place to stay. "The room was spacious and check-in was easy. They charged $20 for an hour early check-in as well. Only thing was our hair dryer didn’t work, the water temperature wasn’t very hot, and we were well aware check out was at 11am and they called us twice and when I was able to answer the phone at 10:45am they asked if we were checking out. I’ve never had that happen with a hotel stay..so, that was a little odd and felt we were being rushed out."
