An Awesome Place to Stay in Burlington
We had an amazing weekend in Burlington, and that was in no small part due to our stay at this property. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable, along with allowing for privacy when needed. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The living room very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent!
We couldn't have asked for a better place! The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, well appointed (thanks for the coffee!), the property manager was knowledgeable, communication was easy and answers were prompt. The location was perfect for what we were in Burlington for (visiting family, seeing the area), and we're interested in staying again for the winter sports and fun. Overall 5 star experience!

This property's location is fantastic. Literally just a few minutes' walk from all of the fun stuff downtown. The space was clean and cozy and the stocked medicine cabinet came in handy in a pinch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Erinn was real responsive when wenoticed that one of the beds didnt get made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The cleaning gal was very apologetic and made it right. Easy walking distance to the lake and the pedestrian mall.

Wonderful Burlington Weekend
We were so pleased with our stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was a huge plus. Very walkable to Church street, UVM and the lake. Little extras like coffee, creamer and bathroom supplies were so welcome. East check in process and communication was fantastic. Would stay again. Thank you.

Short stay but great!
This was the perfect location for a stay after a concert at the Flynn. Within walking distance of the concert hall and church street. Cute apartment with a comfortable atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use again!

Anniversary Getaway
The property and location were exactly as advertised. It was within walking distance to the waterfront and other town center features, including public transit to the greater Burlington-Montpellier area. The host provided many helpful recommendations for fun things to do while visiting. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit Burlington, and would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay. It was just blocks from downtown Burlington. We had easy access to the downtown shopping and dining. Access to I-89 enabled us to make day trips to Stowe and Woodstock. Errin communicated great with us.

Nice apartment in Burlington. Great central location. The apartment was as described, it was clean, beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the kurig and coffee pods provided. Erinn is a great host.

We had a great time during our stay. The location is great to walk anywhere in the city or to the waterfront. Errin was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to the single issue we had during our stay. The recommendation book in the apartment was very useful in getting the most out of our time. Great location, left quite a bit to desire
We really enjoyed our time in Burlington. This accommodation is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, the waterfront, Church street, etc. We appreciated the onsite parking. I would say the accommodation substantially fulfilled our needs, however left quite a bit to be desired. Perhaps our experience was out of the norm, but it seems like the unit (building) is in need of some upkeep / general maintenance. We were surprised to find the space wasn't restocked with supplies (toilet paper, kleenex, coffee pods), so reached out to Errin and she provided same day. The space could have been more organized; miscellaneous items were stuffed in the the closets and only dresser drawers in the main bedroom. We had to move blankets, crumpled up sheets, misc. so we could unpack. The bathroom space is tight for a family of 4. We were looking forward to enjoying the front porch space, however it had not been cleaned up with a thick layer of dust. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, parking, ease of check-in (even though I had to reach out to Errin for information less than 24 hrs ahead), but likely wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Fantastic place to explore Burlington
My best friend and I came for a girl's weekend and this place was perfect. Only two blocks away from the primary downtown, check-in process was seamless, and Erinn was so helpful when we had a small Internet issue that we wanted to fix before the soccer games. Will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay. Unfortunately we had to come for a funeral but they made sure to have the place ready for us since we were arriving a few hours prior to check in. Everything went smoothly and am very thankful for that. Great little place didn’t spend much time there but it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you for making such a difficult time so easy.

Wonderful place to stay in Burlington!
We loved our stay - the location is perfect as it's just a few blocks from the water and a few blocks to the restaurants, shops and cafes on Church St. It is a very quiet property though and the off-street parking for our car was appreciated. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well-organized. Errin was very responsive and helped us with all our queries. I would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again!

Laundry wasn’t as easy to get to as we hoped
For the most part we really enjoyed this property. It was nice and had a charm you can only get from old buildings. The listing had laundry as an amenity and so we packed a limited number of outfits with the idea we’d be able to wash our clothes half way. The day we were checking in, I messaged the owner asking where the laundry was and didn’t get a reply. We finally called her and asked about the laundry. The owner seemed very put out by this request because she would have to call the landlord and he would have to open the laundry room. After about an hour we were able to do laundry. The landlord was very nice. Honestly, laundry shouldn’t be listed as an amenity because it’s not easily accessible or in the unit. Everything else about our stay was good.

Apartment was perfect for us. Convenient location. Comfortable bedroom. Quiet. Great place if you’re visiting Burlington briefly. Only thing we didn’t see was a washer and dryer but we didn’t need that for our stay. Small kitchenette so not a place to make big meals

Couldn't find a more convenient place to stay to explore Burlington. It's also easy to get to Stowe and surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The private parking was a huge plus. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent communication with Erin. 2 locking door entryway so felt secure. Supplies what you need. Close to Lake Champlain. Didn’t walk around the downtown area but fairly walkable area. Quiet in the evening and overnight. Busier in the morning. Simple, cute, clean. Comfortable bed. Off street parking with security cameras and lighted. Nice listing, for sure.

Great location
This was my second visit to 123 Maple St, and though this one was less than 24 hours, it was again clean and well-supplied. Errin is very responsive. With a carload of stuff to move into my daughter's college dorm, I appreciated having the off-street parking behind the building. It's close to everything and the price is competitive. I would look for availability here again on future visits to Burlington. Thank you!
