"A really enjoyable stay at the Cromwell Hotel in Stevenage. The hotel has a lovely character and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented, and the overall service made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. A great location too, with everything you need close by. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality. I would happily stay again and definitely recommend the Cromwell...

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"Charming historic building but inside there was a modern hotel with clean and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. It also has ample parking. There is a pleasant bar area and restaurant. They served a good buffet breakfast with a range of food to suit all tastes (fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread/toast, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and also a full cooked breakfast).
