Living room and master bedroom include smart TV’s. Two car garage includes a washer and dryer. If you are looking for a night out, there are a variety of restaurants within walking distance and the Laughlin casinos are less than a 10 minute drive away. Grocery is within walking distance with coffee shop inside. Books, puzzles, poker chips, and board games are available if you prefer a quiet evening at home. Tropically landscaped marina is within feet of Villa for fishing or enjoying a river view stroll. Boat slip also available for additional cost if you bring your own boat, launch is blocks away! November through April rentals require a 90 day minimum rental.
