"O atendimento da recepção foi excelente — equipe muito cordial e prestativa. Infelizmente, a experiência no quarto deixou a desejar. O ar-condicionado fazia tanto barulho que foi impossível dormir bem. As toalhas e os travesseiros eram muito finos, e mesmo após solicitarmos travesseiros extras, eles não foram entregues. Uma das luzes ao lado da cama não funcionava, a cortina estava mal fixada e os amenities se resumiam a um pequeno sabonete. Para um hotel com diária de quase 100 dólares, esperava bem mais conforto e atenção aos detalhes."
