"This beautiful, updated home was wonderful for our 5 weeks in Lake Havasu City! It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We experienced excellent communication from both the owner and property manager. The couple of minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed. We especially enjoyed the outside space for eating and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and there seemed to be good security. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which was helpful. "Great visit with my family in Havasu! Your home was comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped for holiday cooking and baking. So much room for all of us to be together with great sleeping arrangements for separate quiet time. We never forgot we were close to the lake with great views of the water anytime of day! I would stay here again and my children are looking forward to it!"

The absolute star feature of this property though is the Owner. His communication is top notch. I reached out to him with a silly question before arriving and once with an FYI about a couple things that needed some love; he responded immediately and is a joy to speak with. We can't wait to go back next year!"
