"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. "The manager was kind enough to help us out when we had a problem with our car the day before we were due to book in and then let us leave our car there. She is also a very good cook plus the hotel is in a lovely setting so definitely recommended. "

"I dont recommend. By far, my worse experience in a hotel. The pillows haven't been changed from previous guests as there were hair on them. The room wasn't as the picture, but a small cubicle with a window with a wall half a meter from it! The breakfast you need to take it to the room and it's serve in plastic cup and dishes... Very bad value for the money spent. First and last time here. Dont recommend"

"Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time"

"The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."
