"We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....

"Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch praktisch, aber man findet auch anderswo im Garten/auf der Terrasse ausreichend Schatten. Unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich ein Bolzplatz,...

"Francesca was so helpful pre-stay and during it. I was travelling along with a child and we needed lots of advice and she was great. The villa is gorgeous- cosy and has everything you need. It is perfect for 2-3 guests and the pool area is lovely and bigger than the pictures show. I would say that a car is a must in order to explore. The air con is effective which is definitely needed in summer months! Thank you Francesca "

"A lovely villa that was just what we needed. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac that can only be accessed with a remote control. The check-in was easy via the app, and then via WhatsApp after. It is less than 10 minutes to walk to the local shops and a few restaurants, and about 20 to walk to the beach. We ate in on half of the nights and found the kitchen ideal. The pool was great with loads of space around the sides and in the raised covered area."

"Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, in der Küche befinden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien. Theoretisch können bis zu 6 Personen dort schlafen, wovon eins ein Doppelbett ist und in einem weiteren Raum zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden sind. Das Klappsofa eignet sich nicht wirklich zum Schlafen, es ist ziemlich klapprig und man müsste immer wieder den Esstisch wegräumen, um das Sofa auszuklappen. "Prima huis in mooie omgeving"

"It was a great stay overall. The host only speaks English and Italian, but we had always good communications. The object is located a bit outside in Tanaunella, which gives you way more garden space than normal and a comparatively quiet environment. And you still can reach a small supermarket by a ten minute walk. Also, beautiful St. Anna Beach & pine forest is close by (20 minute walk) - but beware of the shepherd dogs on the way. If they're too hyped when you're visiting, just go by car - 5...

"We had two nice weeks here and it was great. The house is very good taken care off and a great place to stay. There is far more privacy than to be estimated from the current pictures (plants grown towards the soccer place). We would come back here at any time. Sara is also a nice host and has always helped us with little things, nothing to worry about."
