Villa "The Beach" with Sea View, Shared Terrace & Wi-Fi

The villa "The Beach" is located just a short walk from the shore in Pittulongu and offers a luxurious setting for your stay, complete with a breathtaking sea view. This elegant two-storey property features a living room, an open-plan kitchen, four double bedrooms (each with either a double or French bed, suitable for two guests), and five bathrooms, all of which are privately accessible from the bedrooms. The villa can accommodate up to ten people.



In addition to the eight standard sleeping spots, there are two fold-out armchairs (one in Bedroom 6 and one in Bedroom 7), suitable for guests up to 170 cm tall, bringing the maximum capacity to ten people.



On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a mini bar in each bedroom, and air conditioning. There are also additional external rooms with separate entrances. The villa is filled with natural light thanks to large windows.



Guests can enjoy a well-maintained outdoor area (partly shared) with a garden and a panoramic open terrace. The villa offers private direct access to Mare Rocce public beach.



A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of two pets are allowed (available for an extra fee). Smoking and events are not permitted.
