The living area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and opens onto the veranda and garden through large sliding glass doors. The private swimming pool invites you to cool off during the warm Sardinian days and is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The sleeping area is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom; on the upper level, a master suite features a private bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Each bedroom has a garden view and a spacious wardrobe.

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) usage will be calculated and charged at the end of your stay.
A security deposit will be required upon arrival, blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be present and in the guest’s name).
The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times depend on your bank).
In the event of damages or regulation violations, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the deposit.

Booking Details

All Klodge properties are privately owned vacation homes rented out through short-term leases under Italian law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
As private residences, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specializing in short-term vacation rentals.


Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

Online check-in is mandatory after booking (document and selfie upload for each guest).
Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations .
A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; we provide an English courtesy copy.


Key Collection
Keys and documents will be handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
