We seek after the most relaxing experience for our guests’ highest level of night relaxation. To do so we provide various pillows that are all 100% cotton along with the duvets. If our guests prefer we place some extra help to sleep comfortable: sleep phones, satin sleep masks, complete pillow menu and ear plugs. This menu is available on the iPads we place into all of the guestrooms and also we put the printed version after the turndown service on your bed. We are so sorry to learn your bad experience with the shower. We already investigated the problem and our Maintanance Team already fixed it. Also, thank you for highlighting our outlets, like our gym and our rooftop bar with the magneficent view to Budapest.
