"Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. "The room was clean & the breakfast was very good. But we were in the annexe which is a long walk from the reception. When I asked where the room was, the person at reception just waved vaguely to the right & said ‘it’s down there’. My husband & I are mobile & fine with walking, but we were hauling our suitcases a long way, so be warned of that. There is extra parking there, but we weren’t made aware of that. "Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."

"Our room was not suitable for two adults. Only one bedside table and only one seat. The placement of the plugs in the room was ludicrous, on the headboard of the bed! Window handles were too high so could not open or lock the windows! Room was very outdated and had very thin walls! "Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy.
