"Staff was great but the rooms were not very clean."

"Used the hotel as a base when visiting family in the local area. Nice location, very safe. All staff were professional and friendly. Rooms in both the annex and main hotel were spacious and clean, the main hotel perhaps feeling a little more modern. Great breakfast with both continental and hot fresh foods to order. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional! We were offered a fan in our room but it did little in the recent heatwave - totally not the hotel’s fault!! But perhaps consider...

"No caso de um hotel próximo a aeroporto, cumpre bem sua missão. Em nosso caso, nos hospedamos uma noite devido a voo programado na manhã seguinte. Oferece shuttle (pago) entre o aeroporto e o hotel com boa frequência. Restaurante bom e instalações bem conservadas."

"O hotel é excelente. Muito confortável. Perto do aeroporto, cerca de 10 min de carro. O único inconveniente que tivemos: reservamos um táxi e o preço cobrado pelo taxista foi diferente do informado pelo hotel. Além disso, na reserva, não nos foi informado que o pagamento deveria ser feito exclusivamente em cash. Ficam então essas informações importantes para outros hóspedes."

"Wow ..what can I say the most bizarre place ..a real Fawlty Towers vide ..checked in and wondered what I'd done checked in behind 2 really dubious characters ( one of which were asleep on the couch if the foyer) when I left) they seemed to be buying drugs on their phones... I hurried to my room which was actually quite good ..and had a microwave which given there's no restaurant was very useful ... Reception staff very helpful there was one chap drinking beer not sure what he was but he was...

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"Cobram uma taxa de 50libras como cauçao por 15dias para devoluçao, só informado no checkin poderiam avisar antes, nao ha nenhuma opçao de cafe no local apenas delivery, o local nao foi facil de encontrar, as acomodaçoes sao boas, camas confortaveis, banheiro bom, com agua quente regulavel, espelhos grandes, chaleira eletrica com cha e cafe disponiveis. "I have never stayed at this hotel before, but have heard good reviews when I have looked at other Trivelles Hotels. As soon as i parked up at Waterhall I knew it was going to be a pleasant place to stay. I was so happy to see that it was everything and more than what was in disposition as a country side house retreat. 👌 I was myself travelling for work, and booked a single room. It had everything I needed and more. My room included a really big flat screen TV with netflix and the rest...
