O único inconveniente que tivemos: reservamos um táxi e o preço cobrado pelo taxista foi diferente do informado pelo hotel. "Carpets were in need of replacing and didn’t fit up to the edge. Half the lights didn’t work and lights by the bed loose. Shelves next to the bed were broken and held on by metal brackets that made them slope so nothing could be put on them. The bed was broken with feet missing on the bottom so wasn’t even. The pillows were useless and went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The shower only just got warm.
In whole the hotel has the potential of being a nice place but seems a reluctance...

"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "
