"Perfect size for 2 couples. Very cute. HVAC was a bit noisy and hard to adjust evenly. Slow sink drainage. Ok location- I didn’t realize that we would be so far up a hill from town. Not walkable for our 70 year old group. Thankful for an elevator to bring luggage up and down. "

"Comfy beds, great water pressure in the bathrooms. Close to the strip while still feeling like your in the mountains. The hosts responded to our questions super fast and were very helpful. Great property, would stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

"There was plenty of parking and it was very convenient to downtown. The place is pretty small so keep that in mind if you have more than 2 people. The place is on the first floor, which we didnt think we'd care for because usually the first floor is usually very noisy, but this unit is at the very end and on a corner so it was actually very nice! The pool was nice and the stairs in back were great for walking downtown. "

"Would def again stay again! Room was as described, The mattress was a little too soft but all in all great place to stay for visiting Gatlinburg. Super close walk to main strip and the bypass incase you want to avoid the in town traffic to get out."
