Located in the quiet, scenic Summit Condos community just 3.6 miles from the heart of Gatlinburg, this condo gives you the best of both worlds—tranquil Smoky Mountain surroundings with quick access to attractions like Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, Ober Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Soak in the peaceful views and still be downtown in under 10 minutes.



Getting Around:

All roads to the condo are paved and easy to follow. Parking is available onsite. While the drive is accessible in most weather, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle if you're visiting during winter months or plan to explore higher elevations in the Smokies. Downtown Gatlinburg, national park entrances, and the Gatlinburg Bypass are all a short scenic drive away.



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this condo

• Sleeps 6 guests maximum

• 4x4 vehicle recommended for mountain driving

• Fireplace is wood-burning—bring your own firewood

• Coffee maker is a combo Keurig + drip—please bring your own coffee

• Outdoor pool typically operates Memorial Day through late August (dates subject to change by HOA)

• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (HOA-controlled)

• Game room and washer/dryer are located in the main clubhouse (pay per use)

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
