"This cottage is the perfect “home away from home”. It’s so homey and you instantly feel comfortable when you walk in. The view is spectacular!! We forgot to write in their review books on their counter but I suggest you read them!! They’re great!! And use the hot tub no matter the temperature outside…you won’t regret it!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!"

"This quick birthday weekend getaway was perfect. The ambiance arriving was welcoming as music was playing. The lights were just right and the gorgeous view of Lookout Mountain was breathtaking. The host thought of everything we needed and what we might need. Location, location, location. Couldn’t be better?"

"We were looking for a short getaway and we were not disappointed. Clean, cozy cottage in a quiet enclave with everything we needed. It was truly a home away from home. Day trips to Huntsville, Scottsboro and nearby outdoor recreation spots were an easy drive with lazy afternoons at the pool and late night stargazing. This cottage was perfect for our small family!"

"Hot tub was so relaxing and the garden spot was almost whimsical at night the way the entire thing lite up. The multitude of crickets singing at night was amazing and I’m certain a bullfrog frequents the garden fountain as I heard his croaking as well. I would stay again. Very homey feel "

"This is place is magical! I loved my stay and can not wait to go back. The attention to detail made me feel like a real witch. The grounds are beautiful, she has a couple other themed cabins on the property as well. I stayed at the cabin the whole weekend walking around the farm and watching a Harry Potter marathon. "Beautiful peaceful place!"

"We enjoyed our short stay at the Tiger Lilly. Location is quiet and remote, yet a good base camp for exploring Chattanooga area. Our kids called it "the triangle house" :) The upstairs access stairs are a bit cramped for tall people but otherwise the house was perfect. Excellent fiber wi-fi, which was helpful as cell service was spotty. The grounds and green lawn nextdoor were fun fot both kids and dog to roam. We enjoyed a dinner out on the porch and watching the river barges. "

"Brand new house in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the town. Also very close to a cute little park for small children with a duck pond and historic site. Perfect for the historian in your family. "

An excellent option if you’re visiting the University of the South: stay there for a week or for more than a month as I did, choose it as your base from which to visit the campus or to celebrate the beginning or ending of an academic career.The environment is beautiful; peaceful & quiet.
