Our ground-level unit offers a spacious layout with beautiful tile and hardwood floors, a living room equipped with a sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch flat screen LED TV. The entertainment center provides access to High Definition Xfinity Cable TV with over 200 channels, as well as lightning-fast 800 mbps broadband internet.

The spacious bedroom features a King-size bed with a brand new Premium Hybrid mattress, a spacious six-drawer dresser, and a flat panel TV equipped with cable. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing your own meals.

Upon walking out of the front door, you will find yourself just a few steps away from the heated pool. This particular pool is one of two swimming pools located within the premises of Ocean Walk Condos. Additionally, the complex offers tennis and basketball courts, a playground for children, a charming duck pond, and a beautiful clubhouse complete with a fitness gym, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi access. After a long day of exploring, biking, or strolling along the beach, you can unwind in peace and seclusion on our screened-in patio.

Saint Simons offers a one-of-a-kind, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, providing numerous activities for your island getaway. Located at Ocean Walk, you will be just over a mile away from the public beach access, and a mere half-mile from the charming village and pier, where an array of shops and restaurants await your enjoyment. Following dinner, take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront pathway and take in the sights of one of the island's renowned landmarks - the iconic Saint Simons Lighthouse.

We personally handle the management of our condo, ensuring that there are no additional fees apart from reasonable cleaning and pet fees. We make it a point to inspect our unit both before and after each visit, guaranteeing that our guests receive everything they were promised and that the unit is spotless upon arrival.

You will soon realize that Saint Simons Island is an incredibly dog-friendly destination. Being dog owners ourselves, we understand the importance of having your furry companions with you on vacation, which is why we warmly welcome dogs in our condo. We encourage you to carefully review the pet guidelines included in the rental agreement, which will be provided to you when you make your reservation. There is a non-refundable $80 fee for pets.
