2 bedroom Town House with 2 en-suite situated upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom.
Property is across the road from the 5 star Sheraton Hotel facilities. You can gain access to the hotel for an additional charge.
Less than a 10 minute drive from; Turntable junction, main shops, restaurants, pharmacy and medical centre.
The house is equipped with AC in each bedroom and the Lounge.

Electricity in the Gambia is cash power based. This means that you top up the electric meter for your own personal use.
When renting for a week I will make sure the electric is loaded with 350 Dalasi before your arrival. If the amount is used up during your stay you will have to refill it. The property has a Back-up generator which will come in handy when Nawec the electric supply cuts out. Only certain appliances can be used during this time and a Water pressure machine.
Nawec Office is located at the Turntable to top up your electric. You would need to bring the meter number with you.
Kitchen consists of all your everyday needs, gas cooker (gas bottle provided), fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, pots etc, plates, crockery.
Master Bedroom consist of double bed, single bed, 2 door wardrobe, 4 drawer chester drawers, towel holder, bedside cabinets. Bed linen. Safe box provided.
Second bedroom consist of double bed, 2 door wardrobe, 4 drawer chester drawers, towel holder, bedside cabinets. Bed linen.
Towels provided upon request.
All windows have mosquito nets.
Roof Terrace where you can sunbath on the 2 loungers provided. Possible to see the sea from the roof terrace.
Lounge consist of TV, DVD player, additional TV channels (satellite TV, Corner sofa, 4 seated dining table and additional electric plug in fan.

Fantastic transportation links. Local taxi & buses run regularly.
Walking distance from the beach.
25 mins drive from Banjul international airport dependant on traffic.
A taxi can be provided for you upon request to collect you from and to take you to the airport at an additional cost.

Within the same plot there is a small 1 3ft bed - boy’s quarters. If the property is required it can be available at an additional cost, dependent upon availability.
