"Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here."

"The best part of the hotel was the outside,and the entrance hall and staircase.Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was very down market. The whole place needs a refurbishment !
Our room was disgusting in the bathroom there was glue ? ( not sure what is was ) on the bottom of two rows of tiles dirt stuck to it .chopped paint every where needed painting .
You couldn’t see out of the windows due to bird poo !
The ceiling over the bath leaked brown water .when I reported it I was told mantainace...

"This apartment was lovely. Very spacious and has everything you need. Good location not too far from the main town and shops etc. close to the seafront and tramway. Staff were very friendly."
