"Nice clean room, delicious English breakfast highly recommend"

"My husband and I arrived at Brooklyn house on Friday 24the July. We had approx 2.5hrs drive. There was no one on reception to check us in at approx 6pm. After ringing bell twice I finally tracked Maxine down who came to check us in. No eye contact was made between Maxine and my husband just me and she seemed quite 'cold'. She showed us to our room after going through everything and also asked what time we would like breakfast the following morning. We got to breakfast at 9am and again...

"The pub was supposed to close at 10pm but we heard bad karaoke signers past midnight. Service was very bad. The good news is that I reserved only for one night."

"The property and surrounding area are quaint, lovely setting and very helpful staff. However, the room we stayed in was very tired, full of cobwebs and in need of a good clean and redecoration. With the heatwave going on, it would have been good to have a fridge in the room for cool drinks. There were fans but they just move the hot air about. The breakfast area was small for the number of guests staying in all the rooms. The garden area was nice, theres a pool, hot tub and sauna. However, there...

"The room was clean and spacious with a pleasant view out over the farm. There was good tea/coffee facilities in the room, and a good selection at breakfast. The bathroom was very modern and clean, though setting the shower temperature was a bit of a challenge. Janet was very nice and helpful."
