Wilderberry is a spacious, contemporary, cottage for two people who wish to enjoy each other's company in beautiful surroundings. Set amidst 7.5 acres of open fields and woodlands, guests are assured of total privacy and seclusion throughout their stay.

LOCATION
2 hours by car from Sydney & 2.5hrs from Canberra, Wilderberry is just 5 minutes from the centre of Berry village in scenic Broughton Vale. This is the wilder side of Berry, under the Illawarra Escarpment and home to platypus, lyrebirds, wombats, wallabies, kangaroos, echidnas and kookaburras. You'll arrive via lush, green pastures dotted with grazing cattle and thoroughbred horses.

COTTAGE COMFORTS
Passive-solar design and double glazed windows ensure a comfortable stay all year round. Summer or winter you can easily control the indoor climate with your choice of fans, air-con, slow-combustion wood-heating and bathroom/towel heater.

Chopped wood for the fire is provided in Winter months.

Sleep like a baby in the comfortable King bed with high thread-count organic cotton sheets. Feather or foam pillows, cotton or wool blankets plus a doona for winter. Pure bliss!

There is undercover parking adjoining the cottage and dry entry, if raining.

GASTRONOMIC DELIGHTS
Cook up a feast with the Bosch gas cooktop and electric oven. Add a few fresh herbs from the kitchen garden, throw open the wide front doors and dine under the stars. Let the dishwasher take care of the mess while you settle back and watch a movie. Or you may feel like venturing out for dinner at one of Berry's many fine dining establishments. A hamper of breakfast provisions is available for purchase at the time of booking. Your breakfast goodies will be waiting in your fridge for you to prepare and enjoy whenever you like. Hamper-for-two contains: fruit in season, muesli, milk, organic farm-fresh eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, butter, local artisan bread and jams.

For coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine with a range of regular & decaffeinated capsules, Twinings fine teas and fresh milk are supplied as standard.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage or on the verandahs.

Wilderberry is not suitable for children or pets.
