"Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!"

"Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience."

"My husband and I took our 4 little kids (5.5, almost 4, 2, and 5 month old) for me to visit family. Winnie was very responsive and accommodating. She provided a pack n play and some toys our kids loved. We accidentally broke a glass, but she was very understanding. We had some issues with the lock initially, and she helped take care of it right away. We left a few things behind and she helped ship them back. In addition the location was extremely convenient for everything we wanted to do in...
