"Have stayed here several times and can certainly understand and adjust to the flux when undergoing renovation projects throughout the property even experiencing a 'false alarm' fire alarm at 08:15 in the morning. If one is looking for some solitude and quiet quarters, coupled with balcony views of the Bay, this would be the place to hunker down and enjoy the area. "

"We went here just for a little weekend getaway for my boyfriend, his brother, his brother’s girlfriend and their kids. We had the absolute best time, such a nice getaway even if it was only for 3 days. The view of the bay from the house is gorgeous and everything was perfect. "The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location with the dock. We were able to bring our boat, fish, and crab. It was incredibly relaxing! The neighbors were extremely nice and very helpful!"

"Excellent communication from the owner, Julie and the property manager. Our family (newborn to adults) stayed at this property while in town for a wedding at Rousby Hall. We were a quick and easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. The house was very clean and nicely set up to accommodate our group. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house than we did. The pictures are exactly what you see when you check in - no unhappy surprises. Thank you for hosting us and being so flexible...

"Check in was easy. Owner was very responsive to messages and very helpful. We enjoyed being right on the water and fishing from the pier, as well going out in the kayaks to enjoy the beautiful setting. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again next June on our trip back to Maryland."

"I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. Trey was a terrific host. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to St. Mary’s College. "We traveled from Alabama to Maryland to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday. While there we invited some of her family over for a small dinner and celebration. We loved the home. It was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of seating and space. We really enjoyed the screed in back porch. The home is very organized and was not lacking in any amenity! The neighborhood is very quiet and while walking to the private beach we met some residents who were very friendly. "
