"We booked almost 2 months in advance, when we arrived the pool was not able to be used for our entire stay. there was an odd smell in the main hallway the entire duration of our stay. The fire alarms went off one night and the fire safety sprinkler system was down during that time."

I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option.
