"You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. "Nice new apartment upstairs of the garage. It’s a spacious single room (except the bathroom of course), nicely laid out with pleasant lighting through windows looking out towards the trees. The “kitchen” is minimal: a dorm-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle and coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs but not enough for an extended stay. Given that the rental is a one-room studio with laminate flooring, the pet fee seemed a bit steep, but the apartment itself was a good bargain...

"Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. "
