"This was an excellent find for our family! It gave us open space to dine indoors or out. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The entertainment available was huge for us! The game room with record player was a huge hit with our kids. Hot tub was a perfect way to end our day. All that being said, the kids spent the most time making fresh lemonade from the tree growing on the deck. A special note needs to be made that these were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a rental home! I...

"Really appreciate all the amenities, the fire pit, game room and bunk was so great while visiting our grandparents in Brookings, their grandchildren loved the house. The kids had a great time playing the switch in between visits with grandma and grandpa. We were able to take the beach chairs for the day we went up river also, super helpful having those on loan and we didn’t truck all ours from southern California up. Thanks for the stay, this might be our new yearly spot."

"We loved our stay here. We had booked for 12 only ended up at 10 but either way more than enough had 12 been there. We have rented other houses and not had enough room so very pleasant.Also loved how cabinets were labeled so we could find things and put them back when done. "Spotless home, with a beautiful garden. We grilled some steaks from the store just down the block, and had a lovely dinner with the help of the well appointed kitchen. The home is in a very scenic tiny town just minutes from Crescent City. Well worth the easy drive from town. The amazing Oregon coastline is a short drive away as well. We hope to stay again sometime. Great home, in a beautiful forest just minutes from the beach. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Although we are super appreciative when we find a place willing to accommodate our large family, this place needs some work and clarification. We would not have been comfortable with a number larger than our 12 (4 adults and 8 kids) unless we used the tents. The provided extra twin beds will only fit in the living room, the three bedrooms are either taken up by the beds in there or are filled with oversized desk.
