Family friendly, located so close to anything you need for the trip, and is so peaceful and pretty at night when it was time to wind down! Also the easiest access to all resort amenities including the pool and tram down to your own private slip on a beautiful new dock! 10/10 would recommend to any friends and family. "

"This brand new barndo lived up to the host descriptions. We moved our annual 4th of July family boating vacation to Lake Cumberland this year. We were not disappointed. The house was new, modern styling, clean, and well appointed. We used the driveway for 2 truck/boat-trailer rigs and one truck/jetski rig plus one extra SUV. The boat launch ramp quality is very good but might be challenging for a "rookie" boater. The ramp parking accommodation is close by and is as convenient as it gets on...

"This was a great house! Super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and the grill. It was 30 mins to Conley Bottom marina and 15 mins to a grocery store. We would stay here again next time we're back!!"
