Got in after a 15 hour day to no hot water. So I had to settle for a tepid warm bath & straight to bed. Hotel is a great building with plenty of character but unfortunately everything is so worn out & tired. No plugs near the bed, very small tv & paid as much as a nice hotel. Not good 👍 I would ...

Great staff, excellent spa facilities. The junior suite could use better curtains that can block out light and it gets bright quite early in spring/summer time

Prince Rupert Hotel
We loved our stay and will return but the housekeeping in the rooms needs to improve (barely acceptable), the bed linen is beautiful though. The setting and the rest of the hotel makes it worth it though!
