"Neighborhood not great. sofa in living room very stained. Front porch dirty. Wasn’t nearly as nice as pictures made it look. Beds were very comfortable and close enough to Park Ave restaurants to walk. Just a little rougher than we had expected. "

"Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!"

"Check in was very easy and the house was spacious. The host left coffee pods, coffee creamer, soap, shampoo, conditioner for our convenience, which was really nice. However, it was beyond dirty. "

"We had a lovely few nights in this gem of a home. The house is lovely and well cared for, and the back yard was a quiet getaway from our busy trip attending our daughter's graduation from U or R and all the associated events. Thanks for a great stay!"
