"The singature property or VIP is nice but to use anything you have to cross the main road, not even a crosswalk to get to them, there is also no BBQ near the signature building and the path to the beach is a maze not from the pool area. The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience."

"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. "Stayed at the beach house to be close to the water and the RV park friends were at. Very clean, comfortable house with walking trails to the water. Nice outside area with picnic table and swing under the house. Great location. Safe area."

"First off we chose this place because it said it offered Free breakfast and it was a 5 star rating! Turns out when we check it is says: No breakfast is served...to me its false advertising. We paid $205.00 for one night , which i may add: we could of rented a better room with better views!"

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...
